You have not finished the process needed to complete your order and get the sofa/s into production. This could be a variety of reasons such as:

  • Incomplete finance application
  • WIFI or Internet outage during the order from your provider
  • Not sure what to do next so clicked off
  • Not realising once you click confirm that you then need to select the credit application terms and fill out the online application.
  • Coming back to it later.

If you have selected etika finance you will get an email within 2 hours giving you information about how you can continue the order and application.

If you have not got this email (check the junk or spam file) then please contact us directly and we will be happy to whatsapp or email you the link to continue with the etika application.
